CRISPY BRINJAL

Ingredients:-
3 Slender brinjal
1 teaspoon Rice flour
½ teaspoon Red chilly powder
¼ teaspoon Coriander powder
1 pinch Amchur powder
Salt to taste
2 springs curry leaves
Oil to fry


Method:-

1. Cut slender brinjal into thin in roundels and transfer into plate. 

2. To it sprinkle rice flour, red chilly powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, salt and mix slightly, later deep fry in hot oil. 

3. Transfer into plate and also deep fry curry leaves and transfer into same plate. 

4. Now crispy brinjal is ready to serve.
