WESTERN CUTLETS

WESTERN CUTLETS


INGREDIENTS:-

Cashew or ground nut : 100 gms
Maida : 1 Cup
Butter : 50 gms
Milk : ½ Cup
Onion : 1 big
Green Chillies : 4 to 6
Bread crumps : for coatings
Salt and pepper : to taste
Bread : 2 Slice (soaked in water)

METHOD:-

Cut nut into small bits and chops onions finely. Prepare white sauce as explained. Melt butter in a thick bottom vessel. Add maida little by little and stir well. Add milk little by little stir well till sauce the pans.  Add onions and nuts and add the bread slices from which water has been squeezed. Add salt, pepper and milk remove from fire and cool. Shaped as desired roll in the bread crumps. Fry on the tava or deep-fry it.
Serve hot with tomato or chilli sauce.
