SING BHUJIA RECIPE- MASALA PEANUTS RECIPE
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup sing
- ½ cup besan
- A pinch of bicarbonate of soda
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon chat masala
- 2 teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin seed powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1- ½ tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Method:-
Step 1: Take a bowl and add sing, besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chat masala, garam masala, cumin seed powder, salt and 2 tablespoon water to it and mix it well.
Step 2: Now, add 1 tablespoon oil to it and again mix it and make a thick batter.
Step 3: Take a frying pan and add oil to it and place it on heat.
Step 4: Now, with your hands take batter and put it into the oil. When you place it into hot oil, it will separate sing and become a bhujia.
Step 5: Fry it until it becomes crispy and golden brown in color.
Step 6: Remove sing bhujiya from the oil and sprinkle red chili powder and chat masala on it.
Step 7: Let it cool and store it in an airtight container. લેવા.
