Ingredients :
350 Gram (Advi na pan)
200 Gram (Gram flour)
200 Gram (Yogurt)
(Ginger chili paste)
(salt)
(garam masala)
(sugar)
(turmeric)
(tea spoon baking soda)
વઘાર માટે :
3 tea spoon (oil)
1 tea spoon (mustard seed)
1/4 tea spoon (Asafoetida)
1/4 part (water)
2 tea spoon (sugar)
2 tea spoon (lemon juice)

Add all the spices in gram flour, soda, and yogurt and make beestings from it.
Spread this beestings on Advi ni pan and roll them round and cook them on steam till 15 to 20 minutes.
Once it gets cool make its small pieces.
Then heat the oil in a pen and put all the ingredients as above.
Once Tadka gets cool add water, sugar, lemon juice and salt in it.
Once sugar is melt then add patra pieces and put it on heat.
Once patra sucks the water then take it out from heat and sprinkle coriander and serve it.
